These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by JPCUSTOMS (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

• JPCUSTOMS provides car detailing, valet, and related automotive services.

• Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

​

• All bookings require a call-out fee, which is payable at the time of booking.

• Full payment must be made upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• The call-out fee is non-refundable if these conditions are not met.

4. Customer Responsibilities

​

• You must ensure your vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.

• Any pre-existing damage to the vehicle must be disclosed prior to service.

• We are not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle during service.

5. Liability

​

• JPCUSTOMS takes all reasonable care when providing services.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Our liability for direct damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Data Protection

​

• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
